Operational model and end-to-end claims management
We are recognized in the market thanks to a distinctive and winning business positioning. MSA Mizar is the only group capable of serving as a Global Service Provider in claims management field for Companies and MGA/Bs, covering the entire value chain.
With a wide range of complementary services we preside over all stages of the process, but at the same time we are also able to offer individual services to those customers who don’t need end-to-end support.
For this reason, we can easily be both an outsourced claims management provider and a specialized services partner.
IT softwares to industrialize processes – also in SaaS
Main asset of our model is technology: since MSA Mizar was founded, we have always wanted to provide a unique claims management service, thanks to a strong knowledge of technology: we have succeeded in doing this, by programming specific IT solutions for each specialization with the aim to make processes particularly effective or efficient and even by customizing it, according to the customer’s peculiar needs.
This result was achieved thanks to the development of IT architectures that are extremely flexible and easily parameterized, an advantage that allows us to minimize activities if evolutions in systems would arise according to new business demands. We are proud to have been able to offer our IT infrastructures in Software as a Service (SaaS) to companies that manage their Motor, Property and Casualty claims internally.
